Australia's only magazine dedicated to the art of Middle Eastern Dance. Produced by Bellydance Oasis Inc, a not-for-profit organisation, the magazine specialises in all things related to Middle Eastern Dance and covers everything from the many dance styles within Middle Eastern Dance to costuming, music, interviews with prominent dancers and cultural issues. We have a great team of regular writers, researchers and interviewers committed to excellence and to producing varied and interesting articles. We also commission guest writers to contribute their talents in different fields to this informative publication.

The production team is Alma Sarhan (Creative Director), Kerry Stewart (Editor/Senior Writer), Min Adlide (Subscriptions Manager), Elizabeth Sinclair (Accounts) and Jilyan Andersen (Admin Support). The magazine incorporates The Shimmy, the newsletter of OMEDA (the Organisation for Middle Eastern Dance) and Tribal Corner, produced by Devi Mamak, Australia's foremost authority on Tribal belly dance styles.
